CSV Make A Difference Day CSV Make a Difference Day is the UK's biggest day of volunteering. Last year was a huge success with 120,000 people throughout the UK taking part in community projects. It's easier than ever to change the UK. This year Make a Difference Day fell on 27 October, but you can give one day of your time throughout the month of October to make a difference.
