Volunteer Certificate Awards Every year (usually June/July) the Volunteer Centre, in conjunction with Havant Borough Council, organises a Volunteer Certificate evening at the Civic Offices at the Borough Council.  The evening is a huge success with volunteers receiving certificates from the Mayor for their contribution to local Charities followed by a finger buffet where everyone gets the chance to meet each other and have a chat.
